Impeccably clean hotel, great facilities, superb location, quiet and relaxing experience, fresh bread for breakfast, nice swimming pool.

There was no waste bascket in the room or in the bathroom, only 1 toilet roll in the bathroom, the swimmingpool wasn´t enought warm.

Check in before 4 pm not possible and staff not able to arrange early check in. Check out at 10 am is too ealry! Only 2 terminals for check out which caused a long waiting time.

Staying in a cozy apartment on a hillside is the ultimate experience for nature lovers. the beautiful view from the balcony is breathtaking, whilst the clean and well-appointed rooms are highly comfortable. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, all included in the price. the kitchen is well-equipped and the bakery is fantastic.

The restaurant could be improved in terms of food quality.

Hapimag Winterberg actually exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent - the one bedroom apartment was amazing (in fact it is much better than it looks on the pictures) and the spa was great (especially the outside jacuzzi.

The apartment we got this time had a couple of problems - toaster not working, one of the lamps was down... Also the fact that the "hot pots" were out of order for safety reasons (-13 degrees outside) was a pity.

The spa center was very nice and relaxing, and we were happy with the variety of options available. We also appreciated the beautiful countryside and the outdoor activities that were available in the area, such as hiking and cycling. the location was convenient and easy to navigate.

The service was disappointing. the staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated on a picturesque hillside with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of services available including a fitness center, swimming pool, and spa lounge. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home throughout my visit.

We had a great Easter holiday in the beautiful countryside. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The location was fantastic, with easy access to lovely hiking trails and bike routes. The living space was comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace with a stunning view.

The parking lot was a bit small and inconveniently located. We had some trouble with the luggage trolley and the parking fees were a little annoying.
